We have a highly engaged, diverse and collaborative workforce that is unified by our goal to help people live healthy and fulfilled lives.    About the Department The Home and Ambulatory Servies Administration team sits within the Access, Critical Care, Imaging & Ambulatory Services Division (ACIA) and provides administration support to the following areas: The Ambulatory Care Centre Hospital in the Home Services   About the role  As a Ward Clerk, your role is to provide high quality administrative support to all areas within the ACIA.   A regular day will see you: Register patients in the hospital Trakcare & Cerner systems ensuring all patient demographic details are correct and updated.  Notify patients of cancelled or deferred appointments.  Preparation of patient correspondence and files     About you  You will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care.
