About You
Reporting to Nurse Unit Manager (Acute Care), you will provide a high standard of customer service whilst assisting clinical staff in performing administrative duties with quality care and patient satisfaction (including reception duties, registration and bookings, admissions and discharges, clerical support and data entry) within the clinical department.
The successful incumbent will possess good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, ability to work effectively with various teams, and a dedication to quality and continuous improvement of internal workflow and processes. This is a great opportunity for experienced health administrator seeking to share their passion of patient-centred clinical care.
