Please see full Job Description & Person Spec attached What will the role entail? Utilise the patient administration system (RiO) on a daily basis keeping accurate records. Carry out administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, uploading documents, typing. Use a variety of electronic systems (MS Office, RiO, MICAD, E-Proc).
Manage and deal with calls from service users, families, carers, and other professionals. Support the team in carrying out admin work requests via the centralised admin inbox. Confidently handling queries of a challenging/sensitive nature. Concise and accurate message taking.
Reception duties including meeting and greeting service users, carers, relatives and visitors, as requested by the ward manager. Prioritise own workload and meet deadlines in order to meet the requirements of the post Please be aware that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in completing application forms will be monitored to ensure fairness and transparency.
