About the Role: The Ward Clerk is an important part of the hospital team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of ward services. As a key point of contact, you will manage enquiries, liaise with patients, families and hospital departments, and coordinate patient admissions, transfers and discharges, contributing to a well-organised and supportive ward environment. You will make a positive difference to patients and families by being approachable, kind, and responsive. To be successful in this role, you will be organised and reliable, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. A flexible and practical approach is important to respond to the changing demands of the ward. Experience in a healthcare setting will be highly regarded, and the position offers a strong opportunity to further develop your administrative skills within a health service environment.
