Responsibilities

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced hospital administrator to join our Inpatient Administration team in a part-time capacity.
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for patients and visitors. You will manage admissions, pre-admissions, and billing processes while ensuring a smooth and supportive journey for those in our care.
Working at the heart of the Day Rehabilitation department within the Allied Health Team, you’ll deliver professional, efficient, and customer-focused administrative support while helping maintain a welcoming environment for patients and their families.
If you are organised, approachable, and passionate about supporting patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting, we’d love to hear from you.
