Communicate effectively and liaise with all health care staff as appropriate. To co-ordinate the management aspects of the ward. Ensuring quality and provision of care meets standards and achieves national based targets Act as a mentor, preceptor & assessor to junior nursing staff, facilitating the implementation of the competency programme.
