At IKEA we are working to make our products and services more accessible to customers. We are looking for wardrobe planners to bring the ambience, inspiration and quality of the IKEA showroom directly into customer’s homes. If you would like to meet customers in their own homes and help them build a wardrobe with their individual needs in mind then we are looking for you to join our team.
This role will be a 1 year temporary contract but there may be the option to have this extended depending on customer demand.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the full customer experience from booking the first appointment, planning and through to payment being taken.
You will engage with our customers in their homes identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
You will keep yourself up to date on IKEA Services and Product Range to offer solutions and services that meet customer needs.
You will bring the ambience, inspiration and quality of the IKEA showroom directly into customer’s homes.
You will work closely with sales targets and other KPI’s.
