Take responsibility for the allocated administrative tasks for the Uniform Services team and ensure that all paperwork is organised and completed to set deadlines.
Learn and support with all basic team functions and provide front line support when required.
Administrative tasks relating to the daily running of the uniform and welcome area including internal and external mail.
Assisting guests with any ticketing queries, complaints and upselling when required.
Ensure items of uniform and staff ID cards are issued to employees, contractors and visitors efficiently.
Support the Wardrobe Manager to monitor all uniform and welcome stock, supporting the ordering of these items where required.
Support the allocation of lockers; ensuring all keys are organised and reconciled at the end of each season.
Oversee the locker room and changing rooms to ensure a safe clean environment
