Trayne Consulting are currently recruiting Wardrobe Installers to work for our very busy national client.
These roles will see you installing colour board and whiteboard wardrobes, including built-in / wardrobe internals - whiteboard, shelving, rail, angles, draws, gables, bulk heads and fitting wardrobe doors to tracks.
With a local presence and home base in Prestons, you will cover works across Greater Sydney, Southern Highlands & the Illawarra areas. Please note that works will need to be picked up from the factory each day either in the morning or afternoon.
This is an exciting opportunity for those with a Carpentry / Cabinet Maker / Shopfitter or similar trade background or handyperson with relevant experience, who is ready to grow their business whilst reaping all the benefits of subcontracting to this well-established national organisation.
This role will predominantly see you working in residential homes as well as interacting with retail customers, thus customer service is imperative to make a good impression with every interaction with the clients.
To be considered for this Subcontractor opportunity you must be able to demonstrate relevant experience, have a focus on customer service, quality and OH&S and ensure maximum productivity in all tasks relating to these jobs.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

  • Pty Ltd Company Registration or ABN (sole trader)
  • Relevant insurances, such as Personal Accident Insurance / Workers Compensation; Public Liability Insurance; Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
  • Construction Induction White Card
  • Valid Australian Driver’s License
  • Clean Valid Police Check
  • Your own late model long wheel-based van - such as a Hi Ace Van (that can carry material min 2.8 m in length) or suitable work vehicle and trailer
  • Your own tools required to do this work
    With long term opportunities this role will provide continuous training to those whose goal is to grow their business and learn how to install a wider range of products, in turn maximising your potential earnings.
    All successful candidates will have to undertake a health assessment as well as drug and alcohol screening.
