ABOUT US:

GivEnergy is a globally established, market leading energy storage manufacturer of electronic equipment designed to manage energy use and production. We specialise in our range of inverters and battery systems which allow our users to store their renewable/cheap-rate energy, ease pressure on the grid and save some serious money.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Responsible for our goods in and out.
· Checking shipments for any damages incurred as part of the shipping process and making the relevant insurance claims where necessary.
· Ensure orders received and distributed are correct and our customers receive a first-class service.
· Support with co-ordinating the product repairs and maintenance process ensuring all goods in and out are correctly booked in, documented and tracked.
· Support with stock management including co-ordination of spares stock and re-ordering spare parts from suppliers, and reconciliation at both on-site and off-site storage locations.
· Arranging shipment of goods to customers via a range of logistics solutions and associated shipping documents.
· Product re-work/re-labelling/re-packaging.
· Ensuring health and safety is the priority for all activity undertaken and that all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used at all times
· Working with colleagues to ensure tasks and activities are carried out in a safe manner.
· General warehouse duties including manual-handling and use of MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment) such as CB (Counter-balance) fork-lifts, pallet-trucks etc.
· General administration tasks and duties associated with the warehouse operation.
