We are an award-winning digital media agency with many big brand retail and commercial clients including L’Oreal, Boots, TK Maxx, Tesco, Lloyds
We are looking to expand our existing warehousing team to accommodate the growth of the business.
This is a full time position working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, a warehouse in which a bulk of the workload is computer/system based. The candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking the stock digitally within our systems where accuracy is essential whilst also expected to be hands on, moving goods in and out of the warehouse.
The nature of this role will be required to maintain open and accurate communication to all departments within the business. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager the role includes:

Responsibilities:

• Goods in
• Dispatching
• Picking and Packing
• Stock counts at Warehouse
• Housekeeping
• Testing of equipment
• Updating in house systems/processes
• Tracking goods (POD)

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Good, quick computer skills, Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, CRM, etc
• Solve problems without stress – cool head
• Desire to work in a busy warehouse environment
• Desire to get involved and be hands on day to day
• Great organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Brilliant task and time management skills.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in computer skills, Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, CRM, etc
• Drivers licence is a bonus, but not necessary.
• Experience using Sage warehousing systems.
• Experience using Autotask
