Job Duties and Responsibilities: Support the operations manager in overseeing the effective operation of the company's supply chain Pick, pack, and label items for orders Process incoming shipments, validate cargo, document, and arrange on shelves Maintain the warehouse and equipment, ensuring that space and items are clean, safe, and in good working order Verify inventory information and execute periodic physical counts Complete administrative tasks related to inbound/outbound items in ERP, EXCEL and Courier Platforms Scheduling and monitoring of air, land, or maritime transport, including cost control. Report all shortages and discrepancies identified during inventory counts and/or during the preparation of documentation or order fulfillment. Assist other department employees with any tasks, as needed, after completion of daily duties. Perform other administrative/logistics duties as required by the Operations Manager. What you’ll need to succeed: Minimum Education and Experience: 1 year of experience working in a logistics and warehouse environment Behaviors & Core Competencies: Proficiency with MS Office Suite tools (particularly Excel) Strong time management, and prioritization.
