Description Recyclops, Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, supporting inventory management, and ensuring smooth communication between warehouse staff, vendors, and internal departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills. Shift Available Monday through Friday 4:00pm-12:30am Key Responsibilities Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management. Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems. Process incoming paperwork, such as invoices and shipping documents. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors. Answer phone calls, emails, and Slack messages, directing inquiries appropriately. Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups. Prepare reports for management on inventory levels, shipments, and operational metrics. Support compliance with company policies and safety procedures. Provide general support to warehouse leadership and team members as needed.
