Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Day job
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Possible shift arrangements, all shifts will be Day shifts and have 2 rest days to substitute weekends
Work Location: Scarborough, In-Person
Ability to Commute/Relocate: Have reliable commute route OR plan to relocate before starting work
Salary Range: $17.50-$18.00 per hour, bi-weekly pay issuance, pay days on Fridays.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Warehouse Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations and overall organization of the Warehouse’s order fulfillment and status, such as receiving the customers’ purchasing and orders, verifying its details, and initiating the fulfillment process. You will be communicating, collaborating and supporting the Associates, Computer Technicians and Sales teams to ensure a smooth and efficient warehouse operation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and inventory control.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of safety protocols and OHSA regulations.
  • Intermediate proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Able to complete different tasks under instruction and follow Standard Operating Procedure(SOP).
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese(Mandarin/Cantonese) will be advantageous.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent educational degree.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and confirm orders from several platforms in a timely manner using ERP system to support Operations team’s daily activities.
  • Manage, monitor and follow up on order fulfillment status.
  • Maintain frequent, smooth and effective cross-department communication to change and handle order status.
  • Ensure that all goods are properly stored, labelled, and organized in the warehouse.
  • Motivate, mentor and supervise 10+ Warehouse Associates to maintain a productive and competent team.
  • Enforce and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Analyze data and provide regular reports to senior management regarding overall warehouse performance and areas for improvement.
