JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient workflow within the warehouse environment. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a warehouse administration or clerical role is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree, with a related field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to work.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

DUTIES

  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including order picking, loading, and unloading of products.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage inventory levels and oversee the order fulfillment process to meet customer demands.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, manage orders, and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Implement strategies for improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.

DUTIES

  • Responsible for the procurement of daily warehouse supplies and other company goods, providing timely support.
  • Manage the daily receipt, tracking, and handling of shipments, courier services, and logistics issues.
  • Collect and analyze inventory reports, manage project tracking, and update warehouse system data.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
