We are currently seeking a super-efficient Warehouse Administrator to join our team based at our Darra facility on a full time basis.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible for providing administration support including:

  • Performing warehouse administrative tasks including accounts payable, expenses, stock control, sundry orders, receipting, processing, delivery dockets and filling out consignment notes
  • Assisting customers with products and queries
  • Maintaining safety processes
  • Providing general administrative support to the warehouse including various customer queries
  • Working and communicating with transport and logistics companies, truck drivers, and store personal
  • Assisting with packing small orders, if require

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous
  • Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
  • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickl
