JOB OVERVIEW

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry of all items being shipped and received. This role requires attention to detail and organization to maintain precise inventory records. The position operates within a team environment, fostering collaboration and effective communication among staff. Candidates with advanced QuickBooks Online skills, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft Teams will have an asset in performing their duties efficiently. The Warehouse Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of warehouse activities by maintaining accurate records and assisting team members as needed.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role is essential.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC , Electrical and plumbing trades is preferred , but non essential .
