  With over 90 years committed to delivering quality fresh food at scale, AMK Peterborough, owned by the AM FRESH Group, has a sole purpose to manage the packing, warehousing and distribution of products to Tesco with in the UK. We have built a new state-of-the-art chilled food facility in Peterborough which employs around 800 people operating 24 hours a day, 7 days. We are proud to have supported Tesco with their Citrus, Grape and other fresh fruit and vegetable offering for a number of years. AMK continues to expand and grow as an expert in our industry.

AS A WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Driver Coordination: Book in drivers, allocate them to the appropriate bays, and ensure smooth vehicle flow in the warehouse.
• Loading & Unloading Management: Ensure all outbound loads are loaded on time, monitor unloading of incoming stock, and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
• Tracker & System Updates: Update outbound / inbound shipment trackers regularly, keeping records accurate and up to date in the system.
• Record Keeping & Data Entry: Maintain and update various spreadsheets, logs, and databases, ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates to managers and team leads regarding operational performance, potential issues, and stock levels, ensuring decision-makers are well-informed.
• Inventory Management & Planning: Conduct regular pallet counts to ensure inventory levels match the schedule; oversee stock placement to ensure future loads are accurately planned and balanced.
