Description Job Title: Warehouse Administrator Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately printing and processing customer orders, coordinating order flow to print operators, and ensuring timely and organized distribution. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, proficiency with warehouse management systems, and a solid background in logistics and order processing to help maintain smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Print, organize, and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate the distribution of orders to print operators to ensure on-time fulfillment. Maintain and update records in the warehouse management system. Assist in monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and supporting stock control processes. Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to optimize workflow and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, tracking shipments, and maintaining documentation. Qualifications Proven experience in a warehouse administration or order processing role. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics processes. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Skills Experience in a printing, distribution, or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with ERP systems or advanced warehouse software. Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions Full-time onsite position in a warehouse/production environment. May require occasional lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Regular interaction with warehouse staff, operators, and management.
