Perks: Monthly pay, Contributory pension scheme and life assurance, Staff discounts, exclusive holiday offers and free financial support and education As a Warehouse Administrator, You'll be supporting across the Transport and Warehouse supervisors, covering responsibilities such as; Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound movements, updating warehouse management systems and delivery schedules promptly. Process delivery documentation, shipment labels and customer paperwork to support timely dispatch and proof-of-delivery requirements. Monitor stock levels and exception reports; raise and follow up on discrepancies, missing items or damages with inventory control and suppliers. Completing cycle counts, returns and credits Coordinate with transport planners and drivers to confirm pick-up and delivery windows, reschedule where necessary, and communicate changes to customers. Provide administrative support for returns, reworks and claims procedures, including logging incidents and preparing supporting documentation. Produce and distribute daily/weekly reports and KPIs (e.g., TCS, Maintenance, delivery completion rates, stock discrepancies, on-time performance) to hub management and stakeholders. Manage internal and external enquiries related to stock deliveries, escalating operational issues to the appropriate teams and ensuring timely follow-up. Support compliance with health & safety, security and quality procedures in the hub environment, ensuring records are maintained and audits are supported. Development of knowledge to support the Transport supervisor that Drivers are managed correctly to work within the drivers' hours and correct procedures. Exhibit operational experience in ensuring transport operations are tightly controlled on a next day and same day service offering. Proven experience in a warehouse administration, inventory control or logistics support role Strong numeracy and attention to detail with an ability to spot and investigate discrepancies. Good knowledge of warehouse processes (goods receipt, picking, packing, dispatch) and stock reconciliation. Proficient with MS Office (Excel essential) and comfortable using WMS or ERP systems; ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; able to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience liaising with internal teams and external partners. Customer-focused, with good problem-solving skills and a professional manner. Basic understanding of health & safety requirements in a warehouse environment.
