JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Administrator to assist in the smooth running of our warehouse operations. This role focuses on stock management, system administration, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a warehouse administration role or similar.
Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management processes.
Experience using warehouse management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
Knowledge of warehouse best practices, including FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
Experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
Understanding of health and safety in a warehouse setting.
