OVERVIEW

We are working with a local company who are seeking a dedicated office admin team member to work alongside the warehouse staff in a large parcel sorting and delivery company based in Mallusk.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerised systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Answer customer queries via a variety of means including face-to-face and online
  • Liaise with warehouse parcel sorting team to manage and control damages
