Job Title : Warehouse Administrator (SWA Works)
Reporting To : Factory Manager & Deputy Manager
Hours of Work : 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday; 8am - 3pm Fridays

THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS & ABILITIES :

  • Excellent communication skills – in both written and spoken English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required
  • Is self motivated and possesses good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to adept and prioritise as work demands
  • Willing to take responsibility for allocated tasks and actions, be able to work on own initiative as well as being a valuable member of our busy team
  • On occasion, you may be required to undertake other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of our facilities.
    Note: With the role being onsite only, due to past experiences we request that applicants reside within a 20 miles radius of the business location with the post code being HP11 2PF.

Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE :

  • Supporting Goods-In team with Booking In & Out operations.
  • Printing batch labels and checking materials/parts coming in.
  • Supporting on organisation of any material shipments.
  • Support team with stock checks and counts. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitoring stock levels.
  • Handle warehouse queries via phone or email.
  • Providing help and assistance with any other department duties as and when required.
