What will you be doing?
As Warehouse Administrator you will be part of the diverse Warehousing team, playing a key role in supporting the day to day running of our fast-paced finished goods warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating bookings in Datadocks transport system for all incoming and outgoing vehicles, including updating and maintaining the system.
  • Processing the receipt of all goods received on site using SAP or WMS software, ensuring that goods match the delivery notes.
  • Escalating internally to relevant teams any delivery issues or discrepancies identified upon receipt.
  • Printing and issuing all labels for inbound raw materials.
  • Stock control of warehouse consumables, janitorial supplies and PPE.
  • Assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with site return process by liaising with QC, Customer Service and Warehouse Operatives, when requested.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all incoming and outgoing vehicles, liaising with drivers onsite as appropriate.
  • Liaising with the Transport Coordinator & Customer Service team as required.
  • Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in the completion of KPI’s.
  • Proactively coordinating all off-site storage by way of arranging deliveries off site, calling back off and communicating to hierarchy weekly logs.
  • Arranging skips & waste disposal directly with suppliers.
  • General administrative duties, acting as a main point of contact for general enquires.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties, as reasonably requested.
