Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and safely store raw materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Issue raw materials to the production team based on approved material requisitions.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory stock takes.
• Monitor material expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation by applying the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Identify and report material discrepancies, damages, or quality issues, and support inventory transfers when required.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and warehouse regulations while meeting operational deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse or storekeeping experience, preferably handling raw materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
