We’re currently recruiting for a Warehouse & Despatch Assistant to join our Nursery near Romsey, supporting the packing and despatch of nearly 1 million plants annually to our 22 Garden Centres across the South.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Strong attention to detail and good reading skills
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and hardworking
• Conversational level of English
• Good timekeeping and team spirit

• Accurately packing plant orders for our Garden Centres
• Labelling and cleaning plants for customer readiness
• Picking and preparing picture labels
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety procedures
• Cleaning and resetting processing areas between shifts
• Supporting other areas of the warehouse and nursery as needed
