YOUR CAPABILITIES AND CREDENTIALS
- Requires ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Understanding of typical field equipment and requirements.
- Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Availability to start work at the warehouse early (~7-7:30) weekdays.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Knowledge and experience related to survey field work and equipment (particularly Trimble) is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Trimble Business Centre would be an asset.
- Demonstrate a focus on safety and risk analysis and mitigation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to equipment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Post-secondary education in a Geomatics or Civil program would be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in field survey work is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CAD standards and familiarity with Trimble survey equipment would also be beneficial.
