PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs manual tasks related to warehouse operations and facility maintenance, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Facility Maintenance Support - Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Inventory Management – Assist with inventory counts and reordering and stocking necessary supplies. Facility Cleanliness – Ensure common areas and exterior grounds are well kept and clean. Vehicle Maintenance – Perform basic maintenance and help get vehicles to outside vendors for more major repairs. Security and Safety - Perform regular safety inspections of the building and equipment. Requirements Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather. Basic understanding of, or aptitude to learn, building system repairs (electrical, plumbing, general maintenance). Ability to operate a forklift Requires ability to ambulate, use of both arms and legs, bending, and lifting tools, materials, and supplies. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Clean motor vehicle report and current driver's license required to be insured and operate company vehicle.
