Whistlefish is seeking an energetic, proactive, and reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our vibrant and dynamic warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our beautiful range of cards, gifts, and artwork is efficiently supplied to our customers.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, assertive, and experienced in managing a busy warehouse and factory.

Experience:

• Warehouse Management: 2 years (required

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Manage all aspects of Health & Safety, including filing and organising compliance documents.
• Lead stock control efforts, including regular stock checks and accurate inventory management.
• Coordinate and manage all goods in and goods out processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Provide strong leadership and management to the warehouse and factory team, including hiring, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse and factory, ensuring that all stock is stored in an orderly manner.
