Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager (Job Type: Full-time)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Eastern European, Philippines, and Turkish Nationalities are preferred
• 5+ Years’ experience in handling Warehousing and Logistics for FMCG/Distribution
• Advanced Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Logistics
• Detailed oriented is your middle name
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Leadership skills
• Work Experience in UAE required
• Experience with Shipment and Freight Forwarding is a* must*
• Knowledge of ZOHO One required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership skills required
• Hands-on experience in ERP Enterprise resource planning, the environment is mandatory

DESCRIPTION:

The candidate will be heading the Warehousing and Logistics Function and will cover all the Warehousing and Fulfillment Center activities across all Emirates.

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.
Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
