NJ Screen Prints is based in Hinckley. We are the UK’s leading volume screen printer of garments to retail and trade, with leading edge print technology and excellent relationships with high street retailers and all the major supermarket brands. With just over 100 staff NJ is focussed and committed to leading edge design, quality, and customer service. We share our site with Bioworld International which is a joint venture business owned by NJ Screen Prints and the US based Bioworld Merch who are global leaders in the design and development of licensed products in the UK and Europe and employs around 80 staff.
We are looking for an experienced Fulfilment and Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth delivery of both third-party fulfilment and our own products. This role is central to maintaining a reliable supply chain, delivering customer excellence, and leading a motivated team to achieve peak efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all warehouse and fulfilment activities, including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, dispatch, returns and space optimisation.
  • Ensure goods are received, recorded, and put away accurately, with orders dispatched on time and to standard.
  • Implement and manage inventory controls to maintain stock accuracy and minimise discrepancies.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs (productivity, pick rate, accuracy, returns, stock loss, safety, on-time delivery).
  • Conduct stock control and weekly cycle counts, ensuring stock rotation and continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve delivery or inventory issues quickly.
  • Lead, train and develop the warehouse team, carrying out performance reviews and promoting a safe, positive workplace.
  • Oversee FLT operations, equipment checks, and workplace maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with manual handling, PPE, and safety standards.
