Overview:
We are currently seeking a seasonal Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various duties related to warehouse operations, including stock management, loading and unloading, shipping and receiving, and materials handling. You will also be required to work on the shop floor and tills at times. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work with warehouse management systems.
Duties:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting
- Proficient in stock management and inventory control
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
