We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Warehouse/Inventory Associate to join our team for an exciting and challenging opportunity with SAIC in Sterling, VA. Job Duties Receiving: Receive parts onto Loading Dock. Separate Spares from Deployment. Scan product into WMS(ServiceNow). Spares returned: Identify. Update Inventory System (Fishbowl and ServiceNow.) Match to expected return. Clean, Inspect, Minor Testing. Send parts needing more testing or repair to Material in Review. Label, Box and Put to Shelf. Pull parts for distribution as directed. Deployment Parts: Verify Parts vs Packing Slip. Update Inventory System. Put Away. Inventory Control: Perform Cycle Counts: Update Inventory System. Perform Physical Inventory: Update Inventory System. Shelf Adjustments: Update Inventory System. Restocking. Repackaging/Labeling. Assist Asset Management. Shipping Spares: Pull and prepare requested parts. Ship via UPS. Record Transaction in Inventory System. Deployment: Pull Parts per BOM. QA items already on pallets by others. Scan into WMS. Prepare shipments for transport. Record Transaction in Inventory System. Required Education and Requirements: HS/GED and minimum of five years or more of experience. Experience with Shipping and Receiving. Experience with Inventory control. Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain a US Customs Public Trust.
