Description Responsibility: Our team members in this role will be responsible for managing all warehouse, shipping, and inventory operations to ensure parts and materials are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing shipments, placing and fulfilling customer orders, stocking hard parts and oil shelves, and maintaining well-organized inventory bins. This position plays a key role in keeping inventory accurate through regular audits, proper binning, and perpetual inventory counts. Additional responsibilities include completing weekly purchase order audits to identify discrepancies, processing monthly manufacturer returns, and managing pending invoices. The ideal candidate will also assist with maintaining warehouse readiness by charging equipment batteries daily and keeping the workspace clean and organized through regular sweeping and organization. This is a hands-on position that combines physical warehouse duties with administrative and inventory control tasks. Candidates will be trained on company-specific systems and parts, and prior experience with Lightspeed DMS is a strong plus. The approximate pay range for this position is $16.90-$17.50. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position Requirements Qualifications: Candidates must have a valid drivers license alongside an insurable driving record. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities. Strong attention to detail is required, particularly when working with part numbers, purchase orders, and inventory counts. Applicants should be comfortable using computers and inventory management systems. This role requires the ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift and to lift up to 50 lbs, including oil cases and parts. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace are essential for success in this role.
