Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining accurate inventory records. Receive and process incoming stock and materials Perform inventory counts and reconcile with system records Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal efficiency Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Assist in loading and unloading trucks Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) 2–4 years in warehouse operations or inventory control Extreme attention to detail and a "logic-first" approach to problem-solving Proficient in SAP, gsheet & dashboard Willing to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons
Responsibilities
The primary duties involve receiving and processing incoming stock, performing accurate inventory counts, and organizing the warehouse space for maximum efficiency. This role also requires safe operation of material handling equipment and collaboration to meet daily operational goals.
