The Impact You Will Make: As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, distribution, and documentation of pharmaceutical products and materials within our Lexington facility. You will help safeguard inventory integrity, support timely delivery and shipments, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold quality and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Logistics & Warehouse Operations Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials and finished goods, including controlled substances. Perform shipping, receiving, and stocking duties: loading/unloading trucks, sorting, sizing materials, stacking and loading pallets, inspecting for damage, packaging shipments, and entering data. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) tools. Schedule and track domestic and international shipments. Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs). Prepare shipping documentation such as BOLs (Bills of Lading), COAs (Certificates of Analysis), MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), and customs forms. Monitor delivery timelines and resolve transportation issues. Implement and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for material handling, labeling, and reconciliation. Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation) per product specifications. Support product recalls, returns, and destruction processes. Assist in deviation investigations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) implementation. Equipment & Safety Operate pallet jacks and lifts, and report or perform general forklift maintenance. Use proper lifting techniques and manual dexterity to perform warehouse and clerical functions safely. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical warehousing or logistics. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA (Food and Drug Administration), and DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Valid forklift certification. Physical Requirements: Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or hear; noise level is typically moderate. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities include the ability to adjust focus.
