Requirements:

• Certifications in warehouse operations or forklift operation - Advantage.
• 1-2 years proven experience in a similar role in a computerized warehouse
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or software is a plus.
• Good English skills written and spoken
• Experience working on ERP software (SAP - an advantage)
• initial experience in shipping, import-export, and customs processing
• Basic computer skills for data entry and generating reports.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

QUALIFIKATIONEN UND FERTIGKEITEN:

• Qualifikationen im Bereich Lagerlogistik und im Umgang mit Gabelstaplern sind von Vorteil.
• 1-2 Jahre nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einem computergesteuerten Lager
• Fähigkeit, schwere Gegenstände zu heben.
• Erfahrungen mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen bzw. -software sind ein Plus.
• Mindestens erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Versand, Import- Export und in der Zollabwicklung
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Software (SAP von Vorteil)
• Grundlegende Computerkenntnisse für die Dateneingabe und die Erstellung von Berichten.
• Gute Auffassungsgabe und ein Gespür für Details und Genauigkeit bei der Ausführung von Aufgaben.
• Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Zeitmanagement.
• Gute kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um mit Teammitgliedern zusammenzuarbeiten und effektiv mit Vorgesetzten zu kommunizieren.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify their accuracy and condition, and document any discrepancies or damages in accordance with procedures and policies.
• Inspect goods for quality and quantity to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks, labeling, and organizing goods within the warehouse. Update inventory systems or spreadsheets to reflect stock movements and ensure proper documentation.
• Shipments and order fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately based on provided guidelines and packing lists. Ensure that products are appropriately labeled and packaged for shipment, including applying necessary shipping labels and documentation.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of goods received, shipped, and stored. Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and any incidents or discrepancies that occur during warehouse operations.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from delivery trucks or other transportation vehicles using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while handling goods.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by arranging products, supplies, and equipment in designated areas. Ensure a safe working environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions or damages.
• Safety and Security: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines. Report any safety hazards or incidents and assist in implementing security measures to prevent theft or unauthorized access to the warehouse.
• Export, import and shipment: support the export department in Israel in processing of import and export shipments, responsible for shipping orders nationally and throughout Europe and prepare the necessary documents, ensure that all shipments are sent properly with the required documents and communicate with forwarding agents, customs offices, etc.
