We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistic Operator - Fixed Contract, who will:

  • be responsible for the storage, distribution, warehouse management and records maintenance of items in a warehouse.
  • beresponsible for managing the whole supply chain process, from incoming inspection of purchase orders, handling vendor orders and interactions, delivery of complete orders to customers.
  • Ensure the receipt and storage of property, reserve space allocation for property and items, and management of specialized storage requirements. It requires the physical upkeep of the stockroom by ensuring that labels for property are posted and that property is stored in the correct location.
  • Ensure that all receipts are processed in a timely manner and checking all packages for quality assurance.
  • Manage inventory, collecting information on items that are in stock, properly identifying items and correcting discrepancies concerning items related to their quantity, nomenclature, item identification and part numbers.
  • be responsible for the logistics specialist to perform the inventory by physically counting and verifying items in the stockroom.
  • be compliant with the relevant national and international legal bases applicable to the area of responsibility as well as the standards for medical devices to be applied to the area of responsibility.
