JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee and enhance our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on process improvement and transportation management systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage profit and loss while supervising a dedicated team to ensure efficient shipping and receiving processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong understanding of profit & loss responsibilities.
  • Prior supervising experience is essential, demonstrating leadership capabilities in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and AS400 software.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, along with hands-on warehouse experience.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance. We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about logistics management to apply for this exciting opportunity.
