Roles & Responsibilities

We are recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor (3PL Operations) to take end-to-end ownership of our outsourced warehousing and logistics operation, delivered through a third-party logistics (3PL) partner.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end outsourced warehousing and logistics operation, from inbound receipt and storage through picking, dispatch and last-mile delivery
• Own the 3PL KPI framework and scorecard — OTIF, inventory accuracy, temperature compliance, damages and loss — and chair the monthly 3PL performance review
• Enforce cold chain compliance and FEFO stock rotation contractually, with documented temperature monitoring and shelf-life management
• Manage the escalation path when the 3PL underperforms: root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans, defined timelines, and commercial consequence through service credits where warranted
• Govern inventory integrity through cycle counting, stock reconciliation and variance investigation
• Bridge into customer service so operational issues are identified and resolved before they reach the customer.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety (HACCP) and UAE customs and free zone requirements across all sites and movements.
• Own the OPEX and logistics cost base for the outsourced contract, supporting rate reviews, contract negotiation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5–9 years' experience in warehouse and logistics management, including direct oversight of a 3PL provider
• Cold chain, food or other temperature-controlled and short shelf-life product experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of holding a logistics partner accountable to SLAs, including formal escalation and service credit application
• Working knowledge of WMS platforms (SAP, Manhattan, Infor or equivalent)
• Familiarity with UAE customs and free zone regulations, HSE requirements and food safety standards
• Commercial and analytical capability, with experience managing OPEX and supporting contract negotiation
• Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to sustain a difficult conversation with a partner over time
