Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to optimize freight movement and delivery schedules.
• Implement process improvements across supply chain functions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Oversee materials handling equipment operation such as forklifts, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Conduct data analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement, inventory management, and distribution workflows using ERP systems like NetSuite or similar platforms.

Skills

• Proven experience in logistics supervision or warehouse management with a strong understanding of supply chain operations.
• Expertise in category management, process improvement methodologies, and transportation management systems.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms like NetSuite, and shipping & receiving procedures.
• Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment including forklifts; certification preferred but not necessary.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret logistics metrics and drive informed decision-making.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and third-party providers.
