• managing the daily receipt, storage and dispatch of goods;
• loading/ unloading & checking deliveries against transport and warehouse documentation;
• preparing customer orders for collection and shipment;
• maintaining accurate stock records and supporting regular stock counts;
• organising warehouse space and ensuring correct product identification and stock rotation;
• coordinating loading, unloading and cooperation with transport companies;
• preparing and maintaining warehouse and dispatch documentation;
• reporting stock discrepancies, damaged goods and operational issues;
• supporting packing, fulfilment and other operational activities at the Redditch site;
• maintaining high standards of organisation, hygiene and workplace safety;
• cooperating with the UK sales team, logistics partners and Instanta’s teams in Poland;
• supporting the implementation and improvement of warehouse procedures as the UK operation develops.

What we are looking for

• practical experience in warehouse, logistics, stock management or goods-handling operations
• accurate and well-organised
• ability to work independently and take ownership of daily warehouse operations
• good communication skills
• knowledge of Polish will be an advantage
• experience with warehousing systems
• a forklift licence or relevant material-handling experience will be an advantage
• flexibility and willingness to support different operational tasks;
• awareness of health and safety requirements
• good computer skills
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom

This role would suit someone with previous experience as Warehouse/ Logistics Coordinator with hands on approach, Warehouse Supervisor, Dispatch Coordinator who is flexible and willing to learn, develop and grow together with the business.
