JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse & Production Worker to join our team in a hydraulic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse and production operations and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment. This role involves supporting the hose production process, ensuring efficient material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, especially in a manufacturing facility.
  • Forklift experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Mechanical/technical hydraulic knowledge is beneficial for warehouse production
  • Experience using machines/tools effectively in a production setting.
  • Background in hydraulics advantageous for understanding the daily workflow processes.
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy items
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, exposed to noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with hose production and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Testing and wrapping hydraulic hoses, identifying improper crimping
  • Maintaining inventory and monitoring stock
  • General picking & packing of hydraulic components and preparing for shipping
  • Maintain an organized workspace, keeping tools and materials in designated areas.
  • Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
