JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage, lead, and supervise the warehouse operation team to complete daily inbound and outbound duties;
• Maintain, update company ERP product database, optimise order processing rules and workflow;
• Daily pick & pack duties, general outbound records and book keep;
• Conduct daily stock counts, identify discrepancies, investigate and improve SOP;
• Plan warehouse SKU location, manage shelf life via FIFO, maximize storage space efficiency;
• Plan, coordinate, container loading, processing;
• Attend walk-in customers, assist customers with device repairing;
• Monitor stocks count of warranty parts, forecast demand, and place order;
• Answer online real-time warranty chat queries;
