REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in warehouse, storage, or logistics management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and general computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Japanese or Korean language skills strongly preferred

  Pay: £38,000.00-£41,700.00 per year

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain and optimise warehouse management and inventory systems
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock control
• Implement and monitor warehouse procedures for efficiency and safety
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and sales teams to meet customer demand
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Prepare operational reports and create fulfillment efficiency improvement initiatives
