Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Support daily functions including, but not limited to: Receive, stock, and ship incoming/outgoing orders Load and unload freight using a forklift or telehandler Drive shop truck to deliver parts and supplies to customers Detail completed trucks as part of post-service preparation Keep the warehouse and yard clean, tidy, and well-organized Use forklift, Pettibone, or other equipment to transfer materials and machinery Operate facility equipment as necessary for daily operations Assist customers with loading and unloading freight Secure loads for safe transport Organize and track inventory and shop equipment Janitorial tasks in the shop, restrooms, and breakrooms such as emptying trash and scrap bins Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to work alone with minimal or no supervision Working knowledge of basic office software (such as Microsoft Office) Working knowledge of company software and procedures Great attitude and ability to work with others Good communication skills, written and verbal Attention to detail and good organizational skills Valid driver’s license Forklift and telehandler experience (certification preferred) Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements (representative but not exhaustive): Sitting, crouching, kneeling Manual finger dexterity Heavy lifting; 30 pounds or more Twisting, bending, reaching, and stretching Long periods of standing Exposure to shop noise and dust Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles Exposure to hot and cold temperatures Core Values: Integrity with a strong moral compass Exceptional work ethic with grit Team player attitude Innovation Requirements Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC/marijuana), physical, and background check. Must have a current drivers license to move our vehicles. Must be able to work 7am-5pm shifts Monday through Friday and 7am-11am shifts two Saturdays a month.
