Job Title: Warehouse Application Configuration Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Warehouse Application Configuration Specialist to support, configure, and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring optimal system functionality, process alignment with business operations, and continuous improvement of warehouse technology platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Configure, test, and maintain warehouse management system (WMS) settings and parameters to align with business requirements.
• Work closely with warehouse operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Support system rollouts, upgrades, patches, and enhancements across distribution centers.
• Perform functional testing of system changes and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot WMS issues and provide level 2/3 support for end users.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices for configuration and use.
• Document system configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with external vendors or internal developers for customizations and integrations with ERP, TMS, and automation systems.
• Train users on new functionality or system changes as needed.
