ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assembly Operative to join our small, family-run manufacturing business in Rugeley. As part of our dedicated team, you’ll play an important role in the preparation, assembly, packing, and dispatch of our traffic control and parking equipment.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Full training will be provided, and you’ll be employed as a Multi-Skilled Labourer with opportunities to grow your skills across different areas of the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare manufactured products before powder coating
• Assemble products (involves heavy lifting, so applicants must be physically fit and able)
• Carry out quality checks before dispatch
• Pack products securely for dispatch, meeting daily deadlines
• Receive and check incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Maintain a tidy and organised work area
• Follow instructions from your supervisor, with flexibility to adapt as business needs change
