As the Warehouse Assistant, you will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and support the smooth and efficient running of warehouse operations. You will be involved in day-to-day activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods, while ensuring accuracy, safety, and timeliness. Your role will help maintain high standards of service to our customers and strengthen DEUTZ’ presence in APAC.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environment policies, guidelines and regulations as determined by local governing bodies.
  • Support inbound operations by assisting with receiving, checking and storing incoming shipments.
  • Assist outbound operations by preparing, picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and care.
  • Carry out daily cycle-counting and stock checks to help maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Enter and update warehouse transactions in SAP in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain accuracy of all warehouse documents for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Identify and report opportunities for improvement in work process and/or working area.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area.
  • Complete assigned tasks reliably and on time, collaborate with stakeholders and escalate issues when required.
