Durston Tools is an award winning manufacturer of forming products for the Jewellery Industry in the world.
We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Assistant / Assembler.
The position will require the successful candidate to be able to assemble components to make finished machinery of the highest quality.
Training will be given but it is essential that the candidate has understanding of figures and measuring - needs to understand MM and Inches.
Additional duties will include, machining such as lathes, mills, drills, surface grinders, hand held tools etc. There will also be other general warehouse duties.
Use own initiative, confidence to ask questions and seek guidance when required. The ideal candidate will be motivated, seeking a long term position, creative thinker and always looking for a way to improve the business.
Must be honest, hardworking, dedicated and keep to strict timekeeping.
Must be able to communicate with other members of staff on all levels.
Pay - £12.00 per hour however this is regularly reviewed.
